We gather online on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm - 8pm
We also gather on Sundays for pre-service prayer 1:30pm - 2:15pm
Youth
In person every Friday 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Fasting & Prayer
Online every Saturday 10:30am - 12:30pm
Vision
The mission of Hiding Place Church is to see revival in Birmingham and beyond. We believe God has called us to be a house of refuge for those in despair. We desire to reach the lost through the power of The Gospel of Jesus Christ and long to see lives transformed through the love of local community. Whether an individual, couple or family, we long to reach every person in our community and give them the opportunity to hear and respond to The Gospel.

Pushpan & Jamuna
Senior Pastors
We’re Pastor Pushpan and Jamuna, and we’re so glad you’re here. We both come from a non-Christian background in Sri Lanka, but our lives were completely changed when we met Jesus. He put a passion in our hearts to serve Him, and that’s what brought us to Birmingham in the early 2000s to start this church.

We hold onto God’s promise in Isaiah 60:22 — “The least of you will become a thousand… I am the LORD; in its time I will accomplish it quickly.” This promise reminds us every day that God is faithful and able to do more than we could ever imagine.

Whether you’re part of our church family or visiting for the first time, we want you to know you’re welcome, loved, and not here by accident. We pray you feel God’s presence and find hope and purpose in Him.
